Accessibility Statement
How accessible this website is, what still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated:
This page is published in several languages. Where the versions differ, the English text is the authoritative one.
1. Our commitment
Cornerstone Research International Ltd ("CRIL") wants everyone to be able to use www.acragent.com, whatever technology they browse with. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA, the standard behind EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
2. How accessible this website is
This website is partially aligned with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most of it meets the standard, and the parts listed in section 4 do not yet. This statement is based on our own review of the site, not on an independent audit.
3. What the site already provides
- A "skip to main content" link on every page, for people who browse by keyboard.
- A high-contrast mode and a large-text mode, from the two buttons at the bottom right of every page.
- Keyboard access throughout, with a visible outline on whatever has focus.
- Eight languages, including Arabic, which is presented right to left.
- Text alternatives for images, headings in order, and labels on form fields.
- Pages that reflow on a small screen and can be enlarged in the browser without loss of content.
4. What is not yet accessible
We know about the following, and are working on them:
- The clinical demonstration pages hold long, complex forms that we have not yet tested end to end with a screen reader.
- The ontology and rule viewer presents dense technical tables and diagrams that may be hard to follow without sight of the screen. No text-only alternative exists yet.
- Some colour combinations in the demonstration pages may fall below the required contrast ratio.
- Components supplied by other providers, such as the icon font and the message-sending library, have not been audited by us.
- Documents offered for download are not yet tagged for screen readers.
- Machine-assisted translations in the languages other than English and Chinese may read awkwardly with a screen reader.
5. Telling us about a problem
If you meet a barrier on this site, or need something published here in a different format, please write to us. Tell us the page address and what happened, and we will reply within ten working days: info@acragent.com
6. If you are not satisfied
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our answer, you may take the matter to the national authority responsible for accessibility in the country where you live.
7. How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 22 September 2026 by a self-assessment of the site against WCAG 2.1 level AA, using manual keyboard and browser testing. We will review it whenever the site changes materially, and at least once a year.
